Browser Compatibility
The Screenhubb web-based platform of applications (MROPro, DrugPak, Support, and Client Portal) is designed to be compatible with most modern browsers. The main browser capabilities and configuration requirements are:

Screenhubb applications use Javascript to provide a dynamic user experience - Cookies
Screenhubb applications use Cookies to handle a small amount of context settings to achieve seamless transitions from different applications within the platform. If you disable cookies, some parts of the applications may work well, but unexpected behaviors could result. - Transport Layer Security protocol (TLS1.2)
TLS is a communication protocol that encrypts communication between devices. A variety of security standards require a minimum encryption standard of TLS 1.1, with TLS 1.2 being recommended. Screenhubb servers require TLS 1.2.
DrugPak maintains a commitment to support the latest two desktop and mobile versions of these browsers wherever possible:

Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported by Microsoft and, therefore, is not supported by ScreenHubb.
