The Screenhubb web based platform of applications (MroPro, DrugPak Web, Support, Client Portal) should be compatible with most modern browsers. The main browser capabilities and configuration requirements are:
- Transport Layer Security protocol (TLS1.2)
TLS is a communication protocol that encrypts communication between devices. A variety of security standards require a minimum encryption standard of TLS 1.1, with TLS 1.2 being recommended. Screenhubb servers require TLS 1.2.
*IE10 requires user intervention to enable TLS; see bottom of page for more information.
We maintain a commitment to support the latest two desktop and mobile versions of these browsers wherever possible:
|May Work as Early as|
|Android 5+||7.0||5.0 "Lollipop"|
