Identifying your version of web browser

Often when problems occur when using ScreenHubb the problem is related to the web browser that you are using, sometimes to the version of the browser.  DrugPak Support may request that you provide us information about what type of web browser you are using and what version the browser is.  This article is intended to assist with identifying that information.

The type of browser can be identified by the icon displayed at the bottom of Windows for the window you are using to access ScreenHubb;

  •  - this represents Microsoft Edge (prior to version 83)

  •  - this represents Google Chrome
