Identifying your version of web browser

Often when problems occur when using ScreenHubb the problem is related to the web browser that you are using, sometimes to the version of the browser.  DrugPak Support may request that you provide us information about what type of web browser you are using and what version the browser is.  This article is intended to assist with identifying that information.

The type of browser can be identified by the icon displayed at the bottom of Windows for the window you are using to access ScreenHubb;

- This represents Microsoft Edge (version 83 and later)

- this represents Microsoft Edge (prior to version 83)

- this represents Mozilla Firefox

- this represents Google Chrome

To identify the version of Microsoft Edge (version 83 and later) click the button at the top right of the window then click "Help and Feedback" toward the bottom of the menu and select "About Microsoft Edge";

 The version is displayed in a new tab;

To identify the version in Microsoft Edge (prior to version 83) click the button at the top right of the window then click Settings toward the bottom of the menu;

  After clicking Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the settings, the version is displayed at the very bottom;

To identify the version in Mozilla Firefox click the button at the top right of the window  then click Help toward the bottom of the menu;

After clicking Help, click About Firefox;  The version is displayed in the next window;

If you see a button "Restart to update Firefox" displayed below the version number, please close and re-open Firefox to apply the new version.  Try to reproduce the error in ScreenHubb, the new version may resolve the problem.  If the problem persists then go back to the About Firefox to identify the current version number.

To identify the version of Google Chrome click the button at the top right of the window then click Help toward the bottom of the menu and click About Google Chrome;

  The version is displayed in a new tab;
