Screenshot Images for DrugPak Support Tickets
It is often helpful to provide images to help illustrate questions or issues that you encounter in using ScreenHubb. The operating system provides a tool that can help easily produce screenshot images you can then provide as attachments to tickets.

Sending the image to DrugPak Support
Please redact any personally identifiable information from the image unless that information is crucial for the investigation.
It is helpful to include the 'URL' webpage address of the page in ScreenHubb where the question or issue was encountered.
The image can be pasted into a note in a DrugPak Support Ticket from the clipboard.
In addition to pasting images into a note in a DrugPak Support Ticket, images and other files can be uploaded to the ticket using the Attachment feature.
