Data Connection Setup - FormFox

Credentials created by DrugPak must be provided to FormFox to transfer result data files into DrugPak.  Contact your customer service representative at FormFox and inform them that you want to initiate the setup of a data transfer to DrugPak.  The customer service representative will initiate the process to configure delivery to DrugPak.  Inform your FormFox contact that DrugPak accepts the following format: LDP

DrugPak will automatically create MRO and Laboratory vendor records representing those entities for imported Result records.  This new Vendor represents the information that was imported and should not be deleted.  The new Vendor may be merged with another Vendor record.

Following the steps from the "Result Data Import Interface Configuration" article, access the Import page of the Medical Review Officer record where the Data Connection is to be set up.

1. Select "Laboratories" from the "Vendors" menu.
   
   
2. Click into the name of the Laboratory from the list that the Data Connection is to be assigned to.
   
   
3. Click on the "Imports" page.
   
   
4. Select "FormFox" in the Lab field.  Select "LDP" in the File Type field.  Select "SFTP" in the Data Source field.  Click the <Save> button to update the settings.
   
5. After selecting FormFox as the format, DrugPak will automatically generate a "Push URL" for secure delivery.  Provide this information to FormFox so that they can deliver data to DrugPak.
   
   
6. To begin having DrugPak look for data sent from the MRO click the <Enable It Now> button.
