Your email address is not associated with a DrugPak Client on active support
You received the "e-mail address not recognized notice" because you have not been authorized to use the DrugPak Client Support Center by your account administrator, your DrugPak customer support account has not been verified by the administrator of your account, or you do not have a registered DrugPak account.
Account Administrators can add/modify Users via the ScreenHubb Dashboard under the Accounts tab > Users tab. Information about making these changes is available in the "Adding New Users" article.
If your organization holds a current DrugPak Software Subscription then a message would be sent to the email address on file for the administrator(s) of your account. If your organization did not receive this email please call DrugPak support at (800) 321-7826 and request the account verification email be resent.
If you use DrugPak but do not have an active support contract or you are not a user but need information about DrugPak please contact DrugPak Sales at (800) 321-7826.
In order to increase security, safe guard your data, and improve the customer experience DrugPak has introduced the Customer Support Center. The Support Center provides the DrugPak customer with the ability to enter a support case directly into our new and improved customer support application. This will allow the DrugPak customer the ability to monitor and track the progress of a support case from creation to resolution.
All DrugPak subscribers have been transitioned to Customer Support Center. In order to use the Support Center and continue to receive DrugPak support services you are required to have a free ScreenHubb account.
