1. Enter the following into the address bar of your browser: https://secure.screenhubb.com The following splash page will be displayed.
If you have not yet created an account with ScreenHubb then click the "Need an account?" link. If you already have an account log in with your email address and the password that you created.
2. If you are creating a new account the "Tell Us About Yourself" window will be displayed. Enter the following information about you and your company:
- Company Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone
- Password
Once you enter your information verify you are not a robot by clicking the I am not a robot box and then click the link Terms of Service Agreement to review. Once reviewed click the button beside I agree to the ScreenHubb.com Terms of Service User Agreement.
Then click the green Sign Up! button.
3. Once logged into ScreenHubb the Dashboard window will be displayed.
4. Click the Subscription tab. (Only account administrators have access to the Subscription tab.)
5. The Subscription window will open and the Business Address confirmation window will open. Enter your business address and click the Save button.
6. The Subscription Window will be displayed. Select the payment term by clicking the selection arrow. The options are Monthly or Yearly.
7. The subscription defaults to Auto Renew. To disable this function click the blue button label Auto Renew Commitment. For this example the Auto Renew will be left unchecked.
8. Select the desired modules and the numbers for the following options:
- Users
- Data Connections
- Comm Tokens
- Data Storage
- Fax Line
- MRO Users
For this example, we will sign up for all the modules, 2 data connections, 5 users, 200 Comm tokens, 25 GB of storage, and 2 MRO Users. To select a module, click the box beside Selected that is associated with the Module.
After selecting the options the page will look like the following
9. Set the number of the options by clicking the + box beside the option. Each click increments the number by one (1). When the options have been completed, click the Next button.

10. The Add Payment Device window will be displayed. Enter your credit card information and click Save changes.
